AL Awards

Time for the Awards of the week. First up the AL team of the week is the Detroit Tigers. They are 9-1 in their last 10. Winners of 7 in a row. Batting .282 during the streak finding much of the good from pitching. Position player of the week is Jose Bautista. The past week he batted .360 with 4 HR and 7 RBI he also drew 5 BB. Now the Pitcher of the week is Josh Beckett he gave up no runs all week in 13 innings giving up 10 hits and striking out 14.
